According to the information released by the Civil Aviation Organization of Iran on June 13th local time, domestic and international flights at all airports in Iran have been suspended until further notice.

At around 1 a.m. local time on June 13th, continuous explosions were heard in Tehran, the capital of Iran. Subsequently, the Israeli Ministry of Defense confirmed that Israel had launched strikes against Iran and declared a state of emergency across the country.
On that day, Israel closed its airspace and suspended all flights to and from Israel. Israeli Airlines announced the withdrawal of its aircraft from Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv. Russia
Aeroflot, Russia's largest airline, announced that due to the closure of Iranian airspace, in order to ensure flight safety, Aeroflot was forced to adjust some of its flight plans: all flights between Moscow and Tehran were cancelled. The flight routes between Moscow and Dubai and ABU Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, Doha in Qatar (chartered flights), and Male, the capital of the Maldives, will be adjusted and rerouted via Pakistani airspace around Iran and other countries. Dubai Air said it has suspended flights to Amman, Beirut, Damascus, Iran and Israel.

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has announced the cancellation of all flights to Tel Aviv until at least July 1st.
Qatar
Qatar Airways announced that in light of the current tense regional situation, it has suspended all flights to Iran and Iraq. The resumption date is yet to be determined.
Cyprus
On June 13th, the person in charge of Cyprus airports said that approximately 25 flights between Israel and Larnaca and Paphos airports in Cyprus had been cancelled. Meanwhile, 20 flights from Europe and the United States to the Middle East made emergency landings at Larnaca and Paphos airports.
