Chemical fiber equipment technology is developing rapidly

Although the volume of import and export has declined, the current chemical fiber equipment technology has developed rapidly, and scientific and technological achievements have continued to emerge. It is understood that in the past year, three projects in the field of chemical fiber machinery have won the 2023 China Textile Association Science and Technology Award, Including Hengtian Heavy Industry, Handan Hongda participated in the "large capacity viscose fiber complete equipment key technology research industrialization" project, Beijing Zhongtextile Jingye "Industrial silk intelligent hot roll technology development" project, Xi 'an Furuida Technology participated in the "high reliability and long life series of high temperature carbonization furnace" project. In addition, China Textile Science Research Institute Co., LTD. 'A film evaporator for cellulose dissolution' won the 24th China Patent Excellence Award. In the field of chemical fiber machinery, the scientific and technological achievements of 14 projects were identified, of which more than 90% of the projects were rated as international advanced level.

Demand for high-performance fiber equipment is increasing

Around the development status of high-performance fiber, Lv Jiabin, vice president of the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association, introduced: "At present, domestic carbon fiber has made key technological breakthroughs, products are more abundant, the scale continues to expand, by 2023, the domestic carbon fiber production reached 70,000 tons." The meta-aramid has achieved large-scale production, the quality is close to the advanced level of foreign countries, the demand is increased, the production is concentrated and the structure is rich; China's ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber ranks among the world's advanced, rich varieties, in the military equipment, Marine industry and textile industry to expand the application. The continuous basalt fiber industry technology has steadily improved, and it is at the international advanced level in scale and technology."

Ren Jie, deputy director of the fifth Department of industry of China Textile Machinery Association, said that current enterprises pay more attention to green environmental protection, digitalization and low carbon energy saving; The trend of equipment diversification is obvious; With the expansion of high-performance fibers and new bio-based fibers, the demand for related equipment has gradually increased, and equipment technology has developed rapidly. In the future, chemical fiber machinery will continue to be green, intelligent and automated, as well as new materials and differentiation.

Cross-border innovation seeks development space

Talking about innovation, Gu Ping said that in addition to innovation around the industry's difficult points, enterprises should pay more attention to the conversion rate of results. At present, the textile industry has a large volume, there are many subdivisions, and the application scenarios of textile machinery equipment are also very rich. How to achieve more efficient results transformation is very important for the development of textile machinery enterprises. Textile machinery enterprises should pay close attention to the development and changes of downstream enterprises, which will drive the development of the field of textile machinery.

Zhang Haiou, deputy general manager of Jilin Chemical Fiber Group, put forward three suggestions for cross-border innovation cooperation: First, it is hoped that equipment enterprises and application fields can work together to promote equipment innovation. He said that from the perspective of the enterprise's carbon fiber product development and production process, if the equipment technology can not work with the demand side, it is difficult to make products that meet customer needs. Especially under the fierce competition in the deep, in the face of more than 20 domestic scale raw silk enterprises, Jilin Chemical fiber benefits from the "dry spray wet method" and "wet two-step method" carbon fiber production dual technical routes, so that the enterprise has a strong market competitiveness. Secondly, in the face of the changing market environment, he suggested that enterprises tackle key difficulties and solve the "stuck neck" problem that needs to be solved in some industries. If the enterprise can occupy the high-end field, it will be able to usher in the blue ocean. Finally, we hope to find opportunities with textile machinery enterprises to find better solutions in the labor-intensive processes faced by enterprises and the processes to be improved efficiency.

In the view of Sun Yanlin, chief engineer and director of enterprise Technology Center of Tongkun Group, chemical fiber enterprises should participate in more cross-border exchanges, so that some problems faced by enterprises themselves are likely to find mature solutions in other areas. "If a strategic cooperative relationship is established between enterprises, it should be seriously maintained, to truly respect and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of partners, and concentrate on development, so that the industry can form a better cooperation atmosphere, and the innovation efficiency of enterprises will be higher." Sun Yanlin said.

Hou Xi, vice president of China Textile Machinery Association, said that the current association is summarizing the situation of the "14th Five-Year Plan" of the industry, and has started the pre-research work of the "15th Five-Year Plan" of the textile machinery industry. The field of chemical fiber machinery will focus on two aspects of research: First, a large amount of synthetic fiber spinning equipment will be in accordance with the direction of green, intelligent and high-end, especially the new generation of information technology, artificial intelligence and other new technologies to empower traditional textile equipment, as a key work to promote. On the other hand, in the field of high-performance fiber equipment, it will focus on the expansion of application fields, thereby promoting the development of downstream fiber processing equipment and realizing the application of textile machinery in more fields.
