The evaluation experts carefully listened to the project report presented by Wang Chengyan, the general manager of Yanjing Textile Technology (Jiangsu) Co., LTD., the completion unit of the achievement, and carefully reviewed the relevant technical materials. After questioning and in-depth discussion, the evaluation expert group gave full recognition to this scientific and technological achievement and unanimously agreed that it has reached the leading level in China as a whole.
The outstanding performance of this graphene-based nanocomposite film multifunctional fabric is attributed to the application of multiple advanced technologies. It ingeniously employs technologies such as the permeability selectivity of nano-micropores, the dispersion of in-situ polymerization of graphene, and the multifunctionality of multi-layer interface coupling to conduct systematic research on multifunctional fabrics. By constructing a nanoporous structure with a gradient pore size distribution, the contradictory problem of fabric waterproofing and breathability has been successfully overcome, enabling the fabric to maintain good waterproofing performance while also achieving efficient breathability.
In terms of enhancing the functional characteristics of the fabric, this achievement adopted an active polymerization method. During the polymerization reaction process, functionalized graphene materials were introduced in situ, significantly improving the functionality of the fabric. Meanwhile, new interface treatment agents and composite processes were developed, establishing a stable transition zone between the nanoporous membrane and the functional layer, which greatly enhanced the mechanical properties of the fabric and improved its durability and reliability.
At present, this fabric has been successfully applied in special fields such as ski suits, rescue suits, long-distance travel suits, special operation training suits and emergency tents. Its excellent performance not only brings users a better experience, but also generates significant social and economic benefits, and has a very broad market prospect.
