The first Anta store in the United States will be located in Beverly Hills

Recently, ANTA is set to open its first retail store in the US market in Beverly Hills, California.

According to the content released by ANTA's official overseas account, ANTA Beverly Hills is in the preparation stage. In the simultaneously released video, Anta's Chief Creative Officer and basketball spokesperson Kyrie Irving visited the store location, and a large fence has been erected.

Currently, Anta is mainly distributed in the North American market through multi-brand sports retailers such as Dick's Sporting Goods and Foot Locker, and its products can also be purchased through Anta's US website.

In July 2023, Anta announced the official signing of Kyrie Irving, the champion of the National Basketball Association (NBA) and a renowned star who has been selected for the All-Star team eight times. Both sides have initiated a brand-new business cooperation model. Anta has created an exclusive personal product line for Irving and jointly launched the Anta -Irving Youth Basketball Training Camp in both China and the United States.

On March 6, 2024, Anta released its first product for the US market - the first signature shoe Kai 1 in collaboration with Owen, taking a crucial step in its internationalization strategy. At that time, Xu Yang, the CEO of Anta Group, pointed out that a series of promotional activities would be held in cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Beijing and Shanghai to showcase its innovation and professionalism to a global audience.

The Kai 1, with a retail price of $125, was released in limited quantities and sold out shortly after its release. On June 5, the day before the NBA finals, Anta also launched a new version of the Playoff Energy colorway (see picture below), which was also sold out.

Driven by the Kai 1, Anta has become the fastest-growing sneaker brand on the second-hand sneaker trading platform StockX in 2024, with the global transaction volume of this model increasing by 1,900% year-on-year.

Anta's global expansion strategy also includes its layout in core overseas markets such as Southeast Asia. It has already launched direct retail business in places like Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines, and plans to open more stores in the fiscal year 2025.
