Recently, the 2025 Industrial Internet Conference, hosted by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology and the Suzhou Municipal Government, kicked off in Suzhou. In his speech, Gao Dekang emphasized that digital transformation is not an optional question but a compulsory one. It's not a breakthrough at a single point, but a system reconfiguration; It is not technological substitution, but value symbiosis. Digital technology × traditional industries = new quality productivity. The textile and garment industry, reshaped by the industrial Internet, is fully capable of standing at the top of the global value chain. In response to the new industrialization strategy, Bosideng activates new quality productivity through digital and intelligent transformation, reconstructs competitive advantages in the global industrial transformation, and strives to move from being the number one in China to being a "global leader".

Design is the soul of the clothing industry and also the bridge connecting technology and art. Bosideng has joined hands with Zhejiang University to establish an artificial intelligence innovation application laboratory. Through continuous iteration of AI algorithms, it has formed a vertical field AI large model "BSD.AI Aesthetic Brain" that best understands users' design language, achieving a full-process digital closed loop from design conception to virtual ready-to-wear delivery. The development time of the first sample has been shortened from 100 days to 27 days. The development cost of sample garments has been reduced by more than 60%. In 2024, the first AI-designed single-shell windbreaker became a bestseller upon its launch. Eight AI-generated patterns and nine ready-to-wear designs were simultaneously introduced to the market, demonstrating the deep integration of technology and art. At present, Bosideng is building the "Suzhou Artificial Intelligence Innovation Application Laboratory" to promote the upgrade of AI technology from auxiliary design to creative decision-making.

Production and manufacturing is the main battlefield for industrial upgrading. In the Changshu intelligent Factory, Bosideng has established an industry-benchmark intelligent manufacturing system: the automation rate of key production links has reached 90%, and the self-developed GiMS industrial Internet platform has enabled in-depth collaboration among upstream and downstream enterprises, shortening the product delivery cycle to 7 to 10 days. Through the deep integration of AI and APS systems, the coverage rate of autonomous production scheduling has exceeded 70%, and "same-day delivery" and "next-day delivery" in smart logistics have become the norm. The green transformation has also been advanced simultaneously. The online energy consumption monitoring system for factories has achieved 100% coverage, reducing the carbon footprint per unit of product. The industry's first "near-zero carbon" demonstration factory has been built, and it has obtained the "dual certification" of national-level green factories and green supply chains.

In the new retail era where "people, goods and places" are being restructured, understanding consumers should start with data. Bosideng has restructured its business logic through full-domain digitalization, enhancing its capabilities in consumer insight, product insight, digital marketing, and product operation. With over 3,000 smart terminals represented by the Dengfeng Store in Sanlitun, Beijing, it has broken the channel boundaries through the "smart store + online cloud store" model, achieving data integration across all channels. The AI shopping assistant, based on a database of tens of millions of members, provides consumers with precise fashion suggestions. The multi-dimensional user operation system of "members + fans + friends" has significantly increased the customer repurchase rate.

Bosideng's practice is a vivid microcosm of the integration of digital and real economies in China's textile industry and a transformation of the industry. Gao Dekang disclosed that in the next step, the company will focus on the strategic goal of global leadership, further deepen the application of technologies such as AI, big data, and the Internet of Things, and accelerate the improvement of quality and efficiency in enterprise management and operation.
