Overseas buyers are required to hold buyer certificates when entering the museum for negotiation. The Overseas Buyer Card of the Canton Fair can be used for multiple sessions. You can enter the venue directly with the buyer card issued in previous sessions. There is no need to apply for the card again. Please keep it properly.
The 135th Canton Fair encourages overseas buyers to "pre-register (pre-application for certificates) and apply for certificates remotely in advance". It is recommended that you apply for a buyer's certificate at the Canton Fair Hong Kong Office, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, Guangzhou Pazhou Hong Kong and Macao Passenger Port, hotels and other remote certificate processing points before arriving at the Canton Fair exhibition hall, or pre-register in advance to apply for a buyer's certificate and obtain a certificate application receipt to avoid There was a long queue at the on-site registration point at the exhibition hall to wait for a permit.
1. Objects for certification
Merchants holding foreign passports, Hong Kong and Macao return permits, Taiwan Compatriot Permits, valid overseas Chinese identity documents (Chinese passport + overseas permanent residence permit/visa) or Chinese passports (including valid overseas work visas for more than one year) can apply for the Canton Fair Buyer Certificate.
2. Pre-registration method
Method 1: Please scan the pre-registration QR code below to obtain an electronic receipt, which is suitable for applying for the first certificate, applying for a replacement due to loss or forgetting to bring the purchaser certificate, and applying for a replacement certificate due to personal reasons.
Method 2: Log in to the BEST platform (https://invitation.cantonfair.org.cn/), the official website of the Canton Fair, and select "Pre-registration". After successful pre-application, you will receive a purchaser certificate pre-application receipt. Applicable to apply for the first purchaser certificate.
