- Size — any dimension, from chair covers and tablecloths to sofa covers and pet beds; standard US/EU sizes or your own measurements
- Color — Pantone-matched dyeing; send a swatch or a code and we match it
- Logo & branding — woven labels, printed logos, embroidery, custom hang tags
- Packaging — polybags, printed cartons, barcodes, inserts, private-label retail packaging
The Process, Step by Step
- Inquiry & spec review (Day 0–1) — Send us your product type, target quantity, fabric preference, sizes and reference images. A dedicated sales engineer replies within 24 hours with questions or a quotation.
- Quotation (Day 1–3) — You receive an itemized quote: unit price by quantity tier, tooling or setup costs if any, sample cost, and estimated lead time. No hidden line items.
- Sampling (Day 3–10) — We produce a physical sample in about 7 days. You approve fabric hand-feel, color, stitching and fit before anything goes to bulk production.
- Bulk production (Day 10–40) — Confirmed orders enter scheduling on our 6 lines. Typical production lead time is 15–30 days depending on volume and customization complexity.
- In-line & final QC — Our QC team inspects at three points: greige fabric, post-dyeing, and pre-packing. AQL 2.5 final inspection is standard; third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) is welcome.
- Packing & shipment — Export-grade cartons, palletized on request. We ship FOB Shanghai/Ningbo by default and support EXW, CIF and DDP terms.
