The 135th Canton Fair will be held in three phases in Guangzhou, China from April 15 to May 5. Overseas new and regular buyers who attend onsite must pre-register in advance.

Each organization can apply for 10 badges at most, including 6 for free. The badge is valid during all 3 phases and will be mailed to you. The other 4 will be charged.
Attendance in different phases is allowed. Applicants should go to the Canton Fair Complex with the application receipt and original ID card, make the payment onsite and collect the badge. 300 Yuan per day plus 50 Yuan application fee will be charged. No refund is allowed after the badge is issued. Onsite badge collection starts on April 12. Applicants can only collect the Badge for the current phase. Those under 18 years old are not allowed to apply for Purchasing Agent Badge.
The administrator of the organization (on the Canton Fair online platform) cannot apply for badges on behalf of applicants; all applicants must apply in person.
When applying for the Badge, you need to submit:

To collect or apply for the badge onsite, applicants also need to be accompanied by an overseas buyer who has a valid Buyer Badge and signs the letter of authorization onsite. Each overseas buyer can only sign authorization letters for no more than two accompanying personnel in each phase.
